Environmental Sustainability and Biodiversity at the Villaggio dei Ragazzi
“Il Children's Village confirms itself as an important point of reference for volunteer organizations and the various expressions of active citizenship in the Campania region. The path started by our organization has the objective of increasingly spreading the culture of environmental sustainability among our students, which, among other things, is central to the school program of hours related to civic education”.
With this statement, Felicio De Luca, Extraordinary Commissioner of the Foundation Children's Village, kicks off the second and final “virtual” day on the defense of Biodiversity (the first event was held on March 20). The event will be held in live streaming, on the official Facebook page of the Foundation on Saturday, April 10, starting at 9.00:XNUMX. Speakers will include Raffaele Lauria, chemist and delegate of WWF Italy for Campania, who will illustrate the activities and mission of WWF, which has been fighting the degradation of the planet for years, and Renato Perillo, biologist and advisor to WWF Caserta, who will instead address the issue of Biodiversity in the Caserta area.
