And in fact after the complaint the Salerno Financial Police seized assets worth approximately 240 thousand euros from the support administrator of a disabled woman, who managed her assets on behalf of the guardianship judge. The man, MF, 59 years old, from Salerno, the assisted woman's nephew, between 2010 and 2018 allegedly took possession, with several transfers made from the woman's current account, of a large part of her assets.

The investigations of the financial police started from a complaint by the cousins of the support administrator, who, upon the death of their aunt, received a small inheritance. Between 2010 and 2018, the 59-year-old allegedly withdrew 60 thousand euros from his aunt's current account in three months and made a bank transfer of 90 thousand euros, without communicating it to the guardianship judge, to whom he would have been obliged to report the management of the assets.
