20-year-old reports violence in a Benevento family home
As a teenager she had been abused from her father, with the complicit silence of her mother and for this reason she ended up in a family home, where the nightmare would not have ended. The girl, who arrived in 2015 in a reception center, would have found the manager and an employee who would have continued with the abuse and sexual violence, even under the influence of drugs.
An account that is at times imprecise, however, provided by a twenty-year-old from Benevento, who also suffers from a cognitive deficit. Deputy prosecutor Stefania Bianco, of the Benevento prosecutor's office, has decided to delve deeper into the complaint, asking the investigating judge to set up an evidentiary incident for a cross-examination between the parties.
The girl, whose ordeals began in 2011, when she was just 10 years old, in her family, and continued in a protected facility in 2018, will be confronted with the people who allegedly abused her in the family home. A comparison useful for crystallizing the evidence, before a possible trial.
