A 53-year-old criminal was arrested by the police Mobile team of Naples in San Felice a Cancello as he is seriously suspected of attempted extortion aggravated by mafia methods.
The order of precautionary custody in prison, issued by the GIP of the Court of Naples at the request of the District Anti-Mafia Directorate, affected Luciano Cioffi, born in '68, as he is seriously suspected of attempted extortion aggravated by the mafia method.

The investigations, carried out in April and May 2021, supported by the analysis of video surveillance systems and the reporting of witnesses, would have allowed the collection of evidence against the criminal Luciano Cioffi who, using methods typical of Camorra-style criminal associations, in the months indicated would have tried to extort a sum of money from the victim, a Neapolitan construction entrepreneur who owned a construction site in San Felice a Cancello.
