Minor stabbed in Gragnano, two more accomplices of Raffaele arrested

Fifteen-year-old stabbed in Gragnano: two 19-year-old accomplices of minor Raffaele M. arrested, already in prison for two weeks.

This morning in Gragnano, Carabinieri of the Castellammare di Stabia Company, in execution of an order implementing the personal precautionary measure of custody in prison issued by the GIP of the Court of Torre Annunziata at the request of the Public Prosecutor's Office, have proceeded to arrest two nineteen-year-olds, both with no criminal record, seriously suspected of attempted aggravated murder in conjunction with minors. They are Antonio Pio C. and Giovanni S.

The investigation activity, conducted by the Carabinieri of the aforementioned Company and coordinated by this Public Prosecutor's Office in conjunction with the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples, has made it possible to ascertain the involvement of the two arrested in the stabbing of the 15-year-old IG, which occurred last May 3 in Gragnano, the perpetrator of which, a minor, has already been placed under arrest on suspicion of crime ordered by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples, validated by the GIP of said Court.

In particular, the investigations, which benefited from the consistent statements acquired from the injured party and from other persons informed of the facts and from the analysis of the footage from public and private video surveillance systems, allowed to ascertain that one of the recipients of the precautionary measure, having had the worst of it in a previous argument with the victim and a friend of his, related to the theft of the electric bicycle from a friend of the injured party, had organized a real punitive expedition culminating in the stabbing of the latter.

The investigations revealed that today's suspects, together with at least four other young people, all minors, riding scooters, had started looking for the victim, and, after having tracked her down, they had gotten off their motorcycles and attacked her, beating her with kicks, punches and with the helmets they were wearing, and then stabbed her twice, one in the chest and the other in the back, continuing to attack her, with kicks and punches, even while she was bleeding on the ground.
Once the formal procedures were completed, the arrested were taken to the Naples Poggioreale prison at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
