Sexual abuse against the daughter since she was just 9 years old. For this reason the Carabinieri of the Station of Capua they arrested AJV, a 56-year-old of Filipino origins, but resident in Italy for about 15 years.

The investigation, coordinated by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Santa Maria Capua Vetere, began last May when the minor, now sixteen, found the courage to tell an aunt about her traumatic experiences. It was the relative - once she had received the dramatic confidence - who took the first step and went with the girl to the police, reporting the facts.

As quickly as possible, once the news of the crime was received, the investigations were developed. The teenager, heard in a protected hearing, accompanied by a psychodiagnostic technical consultancy, reported in an analytical and detailed manner the violence suffered, sexual abuse that began when she was only 9 years old, and continued until she turned fourteen, when the girl managed to escape the continuation of the abusive dynamic by her parent, but was unable to prevent the groping and approaches by the man, which continued until the day she finally decided to report the events and take refuge with an aunt.

The 56-year-old, in execution of the precautionary custody order, was taken to the Santa Maria Capua Vetere prison, at the disposal of the Judicial Authority.
