Supermarket Robbery: 24-Year-Old Betrayed by Images
On 8 June 2021, the GIP at the Court of Naples North, at the request of the local Public Prosecutor's Office, issued a precautionary custody order applying house arrest against a man born in 1997, resident in Crispano, in relation to the crime of aggravated robbery through the use of a firearm.

The measure was the result of the timely investigative activity carried out by the Carabinieri of the Sant'Arpino Station - Marcianise Company, who intervened last June 1st at the Superday supermarket in Sant'Arpino immediately after the commission of the crime.
The recipient of the measure, arriving on board a car, with his face covered, after being threatened with a gun, had cash taken from the cash register, consisting of 1180 euros, handed over to him, and fled.
The investigations, developed through the analysis of the images acquired by the video surveillance systems, the search for information elements found during search and seizure activities, allowed the soldiers of the Carabinieri to find the clothes and the gun with which the crime was committed and to trace the identity of the robber, who on 3 June was identified in Crispano at his home and subjected to arrest as a crime suspect by the Carabinieri of the Sant'Arpino station.
