Cirio affair in Castellammare: 9 notices of conclusion of investigation notified yesterday. There are the two parliamentarians of Fozra Italia, the senator Louis Cesaro and the hon Antonio Pentangelo.
In the nine pages of the provision signed by the PM Andreana Ambrosino of the Torre Annunziata prosecutor's office there is a chapter dedicated to the gift of an expensive Rolex to the honorable Pentangel and the delivery of a sum of 10mila euros to the senator Caesar.
The same people, according to the accusations, would have provided electoral support to Armando Cesaro, son of Luigi in the regional elections in Campania in 2015. Asking and obtaining from the entrepreneur of Castellammare, Giuseppe Imperati, the rent for the sum of 3 thousand for the headquarters of Forza Italia in Piazza Bovio in Naples.
At the centre of the investigation, however, is the rigged appointment of Maurice Biondi as commissioner ad acta (provision signed in 2014 by Antonio Pentangelo, then acting vice president of the province of Naples) for the issuing of the building permit in the former Cirio area.
