Bus crashed in Capri: investigation into illness, breakdown and barriers

Illness, breakdown, and barriers: a full-scale investigation is underway to determine the cause of yesterday morning's bus tragedy in Capri.

The Naples Public Prosecutor's Office has opened a case against unknown persons regarding the Capri accident and may consider charges of negligent disaster. The case has been assigned to the "Work and Professional Negligence" section, coordinated by the Deputy Prosecutor. Simona Di Monte, after the investigative activity was initially coordinated by the deputy prosecutor Maurice DeMarco. 

The investigation will evaluate the state of maintenance not only of the minibus involved in the accident but also of other vehicles of theCapri transport company.
