The perpetrators of the violent robbery in via Salvator Rosa in Naples against two women have been arrested. One is still hospitalized in reserved prognosis at Cardaelli.
Last July 20th, the police officers of the Flying Squad executed two arrest warrants issued by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Court and by the Public Prosecutor's Office at the Juvenile Court of Naples respectively against Louis Frenna, 19 year old Neapolitan with a criminal record, and a 16 year old Neapolitan as they are seriously suspected of aggravated robbery committed late on the evening of July 17 in via Salvator Rosa against two women who were travelling on a scooter.
On that occasion, two men wearing masks and armed with pistols, also riding a motorcycle, attacked each other. alongside the victims' scooter jerking the driver who had lost control of the vehicle and crashed onto the road surface.
The passenger, rushed to theCardarelli Hospital, had undergone a delicate surgical operation and is currently hospitalized with a reserved prognosis.
The investigations, conducted through the analysis of the systems of video surveillance, checks on license plates The investigations and the hearings of witnesses allowed us to trace the alleged perpetrators, as well as to find and seize the vehicle and the weapon (which turned out to be a replica pistol without a red cap) used to commit the crime.
At the end of the ritual formalities, Frenna and the minor were respectively associated with the Naples-Poggioreale District Prison and to First Reception Center of Naples-Colli Aminei where, following the validation judgment, precautionary custody in prison was ordered.
