Valeria Ciarambino: "Dozens of nurses on temporary layoff are returning to Campania."
“The battle I have been waging for years to ensure that Campania proceeds with the scrolling of the rankings in healthcare, before calling new competitive procedures or resorting to temporary or fixed-term contracts, has led to a great result today.
Following continuous discussions that I have personally had in recent weeks with the general management of the Caserta Sant'Anna e San Sebastiano hospital and in light of the new personnel needs plan, registered letters have just been sent out to request the return of dozens of professional nurses who have been working away from home for years and whose names are included in the active rankings of the mobility notices of the same hospital structure.

These are competition winners who, after having perfected their experience and skills over all these years of service, today represent an added value for a fundamental hospital such as that of Caserta" This was announced by the vice president of the Campania Regional Council Valeria Ciarambino.

"The decision made by the general management is also in line with a Regional Administrative Court ruling, upheld by the Council of State, which declared the Sant'Anna e San Sebastiano mobility ranking suitable for the transition, blocking a public notice for 30 fixed-term positions. A great achievement," Ciarambino concludes, "thanks to which, on the one hand, we are allowing professionals to return to their families, and on the other, we are recruiting experienced staff trained in leading institutions in Campania, who will bring their expertise and experience, contributing to improving the quality of care in Campania."
