Presenzano. The complaint was made by some minors, in December of last year, dragging into despair an entire community that saw in Father Gianfranco Roncone a point of reference. As reported in today's edition of Il Mattino di Caserta, however, at the request of his lawyers, Renato Jappelli and Dario Mancino, the parish priest obtained the revocation of his house arrest.

He had been the judge Marcello De Chiara, at the beginning of April, to order house arrest for Roncone, confining him to a house he owned located in Sparanise, following the investigations conducted by the IV section of the Naples Public Prosecutor's Office, with the assistance of the Carabinieri of Vairano Patenora, the latter led by Marshal Palazzo.

The former parish priest of Presenzano, however, is required to respect the obligation to reside in Sparanise, his hometown where he returned to reside since, as already anticipated, the penalty of house arrest was imposed on him.
