The Carabinieri of the Nas, in agreement with the Ministry of Health, have conducted a campaign of checks throughout the country at tourist villages, campsites, farmhouses and similar structures.
The activities involved 724 facilities and companies, finding violations in 202 cases, equal to 28% of the inspected targets: 17 measures for seizure or suspension of the activity due to serious irregularities and incompatibility with the continuation of the service.
Le 301 criminal and administrative violations contested, for an amount of 150 thousand euros, concerned numerous non-compliances: in particular, the failure to implement the containment measures was detected spread of Covid-19, which includes the use of personal protective equipment, the presence of dispensers for hand disinfection and customer information, the preparation of disinfection procedures, maintenance of distancing and training of operators.

Half of the violazioni disputed are attributable to “hygienic-sanitary and structural deficiencies in the environments used for preparing and serving meals, often improvised or enlarged illegally compared to the forecasts and located in restricted spaces, sometimes even without drinking water”.
