Marietta Oliva, Italy's "grandmother," has died at 112. Marietta, as everyone called her, blew out her birthday candles on April 16th.
On April 16, she blew out the candle to celebrate her 112th birthday. Maria Oliva, known as Marietta, died in Piazza Armerina, in the province of Enna, where she was born and always lived.
