Napoli. “Several photographic reports have arrived on the state of profound degradation in the courtyard of the Basilica of San Francesco di Paola where, for about 2 years, there has been an accumulation of waste due to work carried out over time and never disposed of to the point of allowing grass to grow on it. A painful image, where it is possible to notice various residues of construction work and even a sheath of the roof of the basilica.
Given the historical lack of spaces dedicated to children in this area, we appeal for an immediate redevelopment, also through a public expression of interest, and then entrust the management of the same to a non-profit volunteer association. A way to keep it clean while providing the neighborhood with an essential service for children's socialization".
These are the words of the regional councilor of Europa Verde, Francesco Emilio Borrelli and the councilor of the I Municipality, Benedetta Sciannimanica, who received the photo reports.
