A 66-year-old man from Cremona, a staunch anti-vaxxer, is the first person investigated by the Cremona Public Prosecutor's Office for "inciting disobedience to public order laws in force to protect public health during the Covid-19 pandemic emergency."
A social incitement, according to the prosecutor Lisa Saccaro, committed through the public group Cremona Ancor, the Facebook page where the pensioner published phrases that incited not to use anti-Covid masks, defined as "a cause of slow and inexorable suicide".

And again, the prosecutor writes, phrases “that defined the numbers of deaths from Covid-19 as false”, and “that described the diagnostic methods of the disease as hoaxes created by a medicine that mocks all Italians. The vaccines? “Brodaglia”, according to the investigated Cremonese to whom the prosecutor has just notified the notice of conclusion of the preliminary investigations.
"In my opinion - he commented - we are faced with a unique case where a person is brought to court for having expressed opinions, a fact contemplated by our Constitution. If they accuse me of having committed a crime for those phrases, it seems to me that they are extremely light, subtle accusations. All Italians could then be accused, from now on".
