A fire broke out in the building that houses the Officina delle Culture, in Scampia, on the outskirts of Naples.
It is the center named after Green Jasmine, an innocent girl killed, years ago, in the so-called 'Scampia feud', which saw as protagonists the clans that were fighting for control of the drug dealing areas. The firefighters from the nearby detachment arrived on site.
The causes are being investigated. The person in charge of the same center reported it on social media, Ciro Corona, who writes: “We do not yet know the extent of the damage nor what the motivations for a gratuitous act of arson might be, but the fact remains that the fire was intentional.”

On site together with the firefighters the agents of the are also present local police station. After having extinguished the flames, the technicians began to verify the habitability of the premises. According to an initial reconstruction, the fire broke out on the top floor of the building.
