In Agerola, the Carabinieri of the local station, as part of specific services to combat violations of building and environmental regulations, reported 5 people at liberty in two separate service operations.
In the first operation, the military of the Arma – in the appurtenances of a private residence – seized an illegal wooden shed and a concrete block built without the required authorizations. The owner of the building and the land was reported at large.
In the second service operation, the Carabinieri reported 4 people at large.
The defendants are co-owners of a property where 3 rooms used as garages and 1 used as a holiday home have been illegally built.
The illegal works – under construction and not yet completed – are approximately 500 square meters. The properties have been seized.
