The memory of Diego Armando Maradona remains intact. Almost a year after the disappearance of the unforgettable idol of San Paolo, which occurred on November 25, 2020 in the city of Dique Lujan in Argentina (due to acute pulmonary edema and the exacerbation of chronic heart failure), his name continues to appear in events of national and international caliber.
The memory came to life during the Gala dinner held on the evening of September 27th, starting at 19 pm, at the Casa Colonica of Corso Giuseppe Garibaldi 235, in arcade, organized by Iovino&Partners (hosted by the journalist Alessandro Iovino) and in support of the projects of the “Andrea Bocelli Foundation” (Empowering People and Communities).

For the occasion, the world's largest owner of D10S memorabilia (about 450), Antonio Luise, he donated to the Master Andrea Bocelli a shirt autographed by the Argentine champion. Amid the applause of the crowd, composed of important figures from the worlds of Italian music, television and art, the real estate agent (owner of the agency of the same name located in Castel Volturno), seemed particularly moved and was photographed with the Italian tenor, his wife Veronica Berti and the 2006 world champion, Fabio Cannavaro.

Every little gesture in the name of Diego, who was a friend of my father Salvatore, makes moments of the past and joys of the present eternal. With Cannavaro we compared purely personal memories of the Pibe de Oro: a moment lived that I will jealously guard. It was nice to meet and introduce my project to Salvatore Esposito of Gomorra, the singer-songwriters Andrea Sannino and Peppino di Capri. Maradona will always be with us”.
