Benevento. Former commissioner acquitted for unpaid social security contributions to consortium employees. Joseph Catenacci.

The sole judge Pezza of the court of Benevento he acquitted the defendant – defended by the lawyers Giusida Sanseverino of the Benevento Forum and Dario Vannetiello of the Court of Naples – considering that the fact does not exist.

Giuseppe Catenacci had been under investigation in 2015 when he acted as commissioner for the liquidation management of the Telesina Valley Land Reclamation Consortium. The Public Prosecutor's Office of Benevento hypothesized that Catenacci had failed, in his capacity as liquidator, to pay social security and welfare withholdings on employees' wages for 2015.

A thesis refuted by the defense of the accused who managed to demonstrate the innocence of the former commissioner Catenacci through documentary and testimonial evidence. Today the acquittal arrived because the fact does not exist.

Brought to trial before the Court of Benevento, the well-known manager decided to entrust his defense to the lawyers Giusida Sanseverino of the Benevento Bar and Dario Vannetiello of the Naples Bar, who, thanks to a meticulous defense activity, effectively convinced the Judicial Authority of the innocence of the authoritative accused.
