Caserta, illegal workers discovered in a construction company

Caserta. A large fine for an Umbrian construction company working on a construction site in the southern area of ​​Terni, which was inspected by the Territorial Labor Inspectorate, in collaboration with the Nil personnel of the Carabinieri. Undeclared work and failure to comply with anti-Covid regulations were the irregularities found, which led to two reports to the judicial authorities, total fines of 2.457 euros and administrative sanctions of 6.800 euros in total.

The irregularities specifically concern the updating of the Pimus document - Scaffolding assembly and use plan, but also the failure to adopt training and information measures relating to the epidemiological risk within the construction site.

In the same construction site, the presence of a 'subcontractor' company was also discovered, with registered office in the province of Caserta, which employed two out of two workers, present at the workplace, completely 'illegal' and therefore unknown to the public administration. The judicial authorities were immediately informed and the owners of the two construction companies were reported at large to the Terni prosecutor's office.
