Caserta. The Carabinieri discover marijuana and equipment for growing the drug in a private apartment. It was a tested and complete system that was set up by the 41-year-old arrested yesterday in Caserta.
The Carabinieri of the Operational and Radiomobile Nucleus of the Caserta Company, during a territorial control service, proceeded to the arrest in flagrante delicto for possession of narcotic substances, of FABIO DI VITO, born in 1980, resident in San Nicola la Strada (CE), but domiciled in Caserta.
Following a vehicle search, the man was found in possession of a jar containing 0,40 grams of marijuana. The subsequent house search led to the discovery of a further 40 grams of the same narcotic substance and a room used for growing marijuana plants equipped with a ventilation system and lamps.
The material found was seized. The arrested person was taken to house arrest, at the disposal of the competent judicial authority.
