Casoria. Strange and uncivilized habits have arisen in Casoria. As a disabled citizen reports to the Regional Councilor of Europa Verde Francesco Emilio Borrelli, every Wednesday around 20 pm in via Giulio pastore the parking space for the disabled is occupied by a pile of garbage.
In a video made by the same reporter, we see how some people use the parking space as a sort of improvised waste dumping area, forcing the citizen to park elsewhere.
