A boy of Moroccan origins kicked and punched to death a 36-year-old man from Cesa, who had just been released from prison a few days ago. The victim's name was Angelo Marino.
The fight took place outside a bar in Piazzetta De Giorgi for trivial reasons. The murderer is under arrest by order of the Naples North prosecutor's office in Aversa: after initially fleeing, he then handed himself over to the local police station at around 4:XNUMX am.
According to an initial reconstruction of the facts, Angelo Marino allegedly beat and insulted the young migrant who was passing by the bar. The young man reacted by violently beating Angelo Marino and then disappeared.
The 36-year-old remained on the ground for about 20 minutes, but when the ambulance arrived he was already dead: the doctors tried to revive him but it was all in vain. The Carabinieri are investigating the tragedy, having questioned those present and viewed the images from the cameras in the area.
