Un water nebulizer can be the right choice to ensure adequate cooling in the summer season. More and more people are choosing to rely on these tools to dissipate excess heat. Ultimately, we must remember that the offer in terms of nebulization and devices related to this process is characterized by being very varied, for this reason users, being less familiar with the technical aspects, can find themselves confused, especially when it comes to choosing a misting system that they would like to install at home and especially in open spaces that are connected to the home, such as the garden and the terrace. For this reason we want to give some specific explanations on the subject, also to help you be more prepared and aware in choosing a misting system.

How a nebulizer works

Water nebulizers, like those you can find on Fresconaturale.com, represent an excellent choice for cooling environments thanks also to their particular operating mechanism.

They work by spraying water high pressure through nozzles. Water, precisely because it is subjected to a pressure process, passes from the liquid to the gaseous state. So what is obtained consists of a fine nebulization that, evaporating immediately, subtracts heat from the areas in which it acts.

It is a mist composed of molecules of different sizes. They are very thin molecules thanks to the action of the nebulizer nozzles that have very small holes. But above all in the operating mechanism of these nebulizers the pressure at which the nebulizer unit operates appears to be fundamental. The higher the pressure, the thinner thewater spray.

Of course, we must not think that this is a system that causes humidity, because the water, as soon as it is sprayed, has the possibility of evaporating immediately, not causing any humidity disturbance to those who are nearby.

The differences between water nebulizers

To be more aware and therefore make the best choice regarding nebulizers, we can distinguish them into three categories. In fact, there are high pressure nebulizers, which operate at a pressure of more than 60 bar, medium pressure nebulizers between 30 and 60 bar and low pressure nebulizers between 3 and 10 bar.

Each type has certain specific characteristics and these tools can be used according to different needs. In particular, regarding high-pressure water nebulizers, we can say that they are very useful because they produce adiabatic nebulization. very thin.

These are water molecules with a diameter ranging from 5 to 30 microns. This value also allows for an increase in the nebulized volume. The lines of nebulizing nozzles bring the nebulization to the points where it is required. The very fine mist evaporates on contact with the hot air, reducing the temperature very quickly, leading to a reduction in temperatures that can vary between 3 °C and 12 °C.

Intermediate pressure nebulizers were created mainly for cooling greenhouses and farms. Compared to high-pressure instruments, they produce a less fine mist, which however is not even perceptible to the naked eye. Usually these systems are used only in conditions of very high temperatures and when the air is particularly dry.

We must not forget another type of nebulization, which is made up of that with compressed air. The latter has the advantage of producing a very fine nebulization, with characteristics very similar to that obtained with high pressure. Then there are ultrasonic systems, which produce a finer nebulization, but, since the fog is of very small quantities, these instruments are useful to use especially in environments that are not particularly large.
