In this period, the opportunities for those who intend to join the Public Administration are truly varied: some are linked to the projects of the PNRR (National Recovery and Resilience Plan) and are fixed-term, while others are connected to the usual and ordinary generational turnover of offices.
In the Official Journal of the Republic – 4th special series, competitions and exams n. 62 of 6 August 2021, a very interesting selection was published which will certainly be appreciated by young graduates: the public competition, for qualifications and exams, on a district basis, for well eight thousand one hundred and seventy-one non-managerial personnel units of the third functional area, economic band F1, with the profile of assistantProcess Office, to be included among the staff of the Ministry of Justice.

The selection of the competitions is aimed at candidates in possession of specific qualifications such as, for example, those in Legal Services Sciences, in Law, in Theory and Techniques of Standardization and Legal Information, in Economics and Business Management Sciences, in Political Sciences and International Relations, in addition, naturally, to those equivalent to the previous ones.
Competitors can submit their application exclusively electronically by filling in the electronic form on the «Step-One 2019» system, available at the address «https://ripam.cloud» after having correctly registered on the same system.
Only those who are in possession of a certified email address (PEC) personally registered.
The selection process is divided into a preliminary evaluation of the candidates' qualifications and a subsequent written test on the following subjects: public law, judicial system and English language.
Among the competitions there is another interesting competitive procedure which it is currently possible to register for: the one for the recruitment of 500 non-managerial staff units to be classified in area III, economic position F1, in the professional profiles of economics, law, IT, statistics-mathematics, engineering, management engineering, of which eighty units to be assigned to the Ministry of Economy and Finance, Department of the General Accounting Office of the State and the remainder to be divided among the central administrations responsible for interventions envisaged in the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.Entity that announced the competition: Presidency of the Council of Ministers

- legal profile (GIURI Code) n. one hundred and twenty-five;

As for the competition related to the Process Office, candidates will have to submit the application electronically by connecting to the address «https://ripam.cloud» after registering on the same system and must be in possession of an address certified e-mail (PEC) in your name.
THREE PUBLIC COMPETITIONS: ONE ALSO AT THE REVENUE AGENCY
The selection process consists of a written test and an evaluation of qualifications that will be carried out after the aforementioned test; the latter, which varies according to the various profiles, will consist of a test of forty multiple-choice questions to be solved in sixty minutes.
While the first two competitions are aimed at hiring temporary staff (since they fall within the scope of the selections linked to the PNRR), theRevenue Agency has announced a permanent procedure for the hiring of two thousand three hundred and twenty units for the third functional area, professional profile of civil servant, for administrative-tax activities.

The places are distributed as follows:
- 20 at the central offices for officials experienced in management control (CG 20);
- 10 at the central offices for officials expert in personal data protection (PD 10);
- 70 at the central offices for officials experienced in legal activities (Leg 70);
- 50 at the central offices for officials experienced in international taxation (INTER50);
- 2170 in all regions for tax expert officials (RTRIB2170).
The application must be sent electronically using the IT application available on the institutional website of the Revenue Agency at the following address «www.agenziaentrate.gov.it».
Even in this case it is essential to have a certified email address (PEC) in your name.
The exam that candidates will have to take to win the competition announced by the Revenue Agency is divided into an objective-aptitude test (consisting of a series of multiple-choice questions aimed at ascertaining the possession by the examinees of the basic aptitudes and skills necessary to acquire and develop the required professionalism) and an objective technical-professional test aimed at evaluating the knowledge of the aspiring officials in the subjects indicated in the announcement and different depending on the specific codes.
