"Dancing in the world” the show on the program Friday September 10 al Cinema Theatre Charlot of Capezzano at 21.30pm.
On one side the poetry of Andalusian rhythm and its “nervous” steps, on the other the vivacity and sensuality of Cuba, cradle of overwhelming music…in the middle the dance technique in its most revolutionary, rigorous and extemporaneous being. A way to discover, traveling to the various corners of the earth, the diverse and innumerable traditions of cities, nations and continents.
On stage the Spanish Harlem Dance Company and the professionals of Reeve Centro Danza of Naples, Obiettivo Danza of Stefano Angelini and Professional Ballet of Pina Testa and Fortuna Capasso. Guests of the evening Martina Libro, Marco Protano, Simone Liguori, Elena Renna and Andrea Gioia.
All the protagonists interpret styles that are apparently at opposite ends of the spectrum - flamenco, Caribbean (salsa, bachata), contemporary, modern, classical - which instead have so much in common in their folkloristic roots and in their rhythmic and musical facets.
A different way of dancing, entertaining, surprising. In the middle also the intervention of the director Antonello Ronga. And the stage of Charlot becomes a place of dialogue between dancers and audience, where improvisation meets choreography and the synchronization of group or couple is confirmed as a determining factor.
The spectator will only be able to admire the play of pasitos and glances, the nervous and sensual rueda of the bodies that intertwine with the hands and legs until they form a single body, but also the balance and rigor of the repertoire dance, the virtuosity and looseness of the legs that in the race of the eight beats, barefoot, with half-shoes or gym shoes, narrate the modernity of the ars coreutica.
