(Adnkronos) – One of the most famous faces of Rai football on television, Enrico Varriale, is being investigated for stalking his ex-partner by the Rome prosecutor's office.
The investigating judge Monica Ciancio has ordered the driver to be subject to the precautionary measure of “prohibition from approaching within 300 meters of the places frequented by the injured party” and “not to communicate with her, not even through a third party”. Furthermore, the prohibition from approaching also includes “immediately moving away in the event of a chance encounter, staying 300 meters away”.
The reason would arise from an episode of violence against the woman.
“The conduct carried out by Varriale shows an aggressive and domineering personality, evidently incapable of self-control”.
“I have never stalked anyone and anyone who says this will be held accountable in all courts. – the journalist replies to the “Corriere della Sera- .
