“Fabiano Montanaro was a boy from Naples, he was 24 years old and lived in London with his brother Vincenzo to earn a living”.
A fundraiser has been launched on GoFundMe to support the family of the young Neapolitan man who disappeared in England, which in just a few hours has already had hundreds of shares on social media.
“At the end of June,” the organizers write, “he was diagnosed with melanoma in a hospital in London, where he decided to stay for treatment since they had some experimental therapies that unfortunately would not have been possible in Italy. Within two months of painful and experimental treatments,” they continue, “Fabiano had to surrender to this terrible disease.”
“We have decided to organize this fundraiser – it reads – to help the family bring the body back to Italy and help with the funeral expenses, also because – they add – it must be kept in mind that the parents, residents of Naples, have temporarily left their jobs and have been in London for several weeks to be close to their son who breathed his last on September 18”.
The collection, already over 3.700 euros, can be reached at the link https://gf.me/v/c/gfm/fondi-per-riportare-la-salma-di-fabiano-a-casa
