According to the entrepreneur, Venetians would have an edge to work in kitchens and bars. His singular job ad is valid for both a transfer to London and Dubai

“I am looking for talented and enterprising Italian guys for the restaurant, kitchens and bar, willing to move to London. Possibly from Veneto because they have something extra”. This is the announcement, reported by the Gazzettino, of a Venetian restaurant manager from Fossò, on behalf of the international group. His call is also valid for Dubai.

Those interested, if selected, can choose between the two countries. The manager does not hide the reasons for his preference: “because throughout my career I have had the opportunity to meet and work with people of different nationalities and ethnicities - explains - I am proud to say that the Venetians are the best in the world in this field”. And he clarifies: “even though I risk being contested, I reiterate that they have an edge over all the others”
