An earthquake of volcanic origin triggers the evacuation plan that involves the transfer of the town's inhabitants to another twinned municipality.
Since Sonia lives in a different municipality than Germano, the young man sees the evacuation as an excellent opportunity to get away from his jealous girlfriend who is stalking him. Sonia's madness, the residents' disregard for the evacuation rules, make Germano's journey a true odyssey full of paradoxical and hilarious situations, unexpected destinations and surprising encounters.
