Ischia. The Carabinieri of the Naples diving unit, with the collaboration of the management body of the “Regno di Nettuno” and the Hester association, have carried out some checks in the marine protected area that surrounds the islands of Ischia, Procida and Vivara. 6 fishing traps were identified and seized on the seabed protected by the law of Sant'Angelo D'Ischia.
In one of these a catfish was trapped, then immediately released. Investigations continue to verify who placed the "lobster pots" found in the protected area.
