La woman reported the man, who was arrested. It is LMun 37enne, blocked by police of the Marcianise station on the orders of the investigating judge of the Santa Maria Capua Vetere court. The military investigation revealed a history of abuse, at least moved on since 2017, both when the couple was together and after the separation.
The woman had already presented complaint to the carabinieri against her ex-husband, but she withdrew it. After a few months, however, she resubmitted it in light of serious facts. The military discovered that the first complaint had been withdrawn because the 37 year old had threatened the woman to spread her compromising recordings, then they confirmed, thanks to the victim's statements, the sexual violence suffered by the woman in a hotel where she had been lured by her ex-husband.

They also emerged other episodes of violence. On one occasion the man allegedly grabbed his wife by the hair, threw her to the ground and kicked and punched her in the back. On another occasion he allegedly cigarettes off on the woman's body by slapping her and making her clean her blood with a rag.
