"The balance of things” is the new song by Max Elli, out on October 1st: a song that takes on the characteristics of a dialogue that the protagonist has with himself, a continuous back and forth that focuses on how very often we seek balance in life by referring to the past as a warning not to make the same mistakes again.
The sound of the piece is the result of the encounter between analog synths and intertwining guitars, a sound mix with 80s atmospheres. Max Elli explains: “I've always been a bit of a control freak. I analyze and try to prevent problems, but this sometimes makes me not able to fully enjoy things. But what if instead of trying to find the perfect balance to avoid falling, we let go and learned to fly?".
