Giugliano. This is what the mayor of Giugliano Nicola Pirozzi, the prime minister Adriano Castaldo, the council member Gaetano Coppola and the ARPAC managers who reached the ASI area where the Castaldo biodigester is located heard yesterday evening due to the miasma issue.
Those directly involved on site have repeatedly stressed how the stench that can be felt not only in Giugliano but also in neighboring municipalities such as Aversa, comes from the Asi area.
The managers, as stated in a live video broadcast on Nicola Pirozzi's Facebook page, will report the incident for the lack of access and control. The Carabinieri also arrived on site.
