On the evening of Thursday September 30, at 20,00 pm the writer's literary work will be presented Michelangelo Ambrosio"Where the earth burns and the sea lights”, 2000 seventeen editions (Telese Terme).

The evening will take place at “Il ristoro del borgo” in Faicchio (BN); the presentation will be followed by a social dinner with the members of Rotary Valle Telesina, President Ciro Palma, and with all those who wish to participate.

The work, conceived and written during the pandemic restrictions, masterfully traces the trail of memories of a time gone by. Nostalgia, regrets and intense and beautiful memories follow one another, giving voice to emotions and sensations that have been dormant but not forgotten, as well as intense and educational experiences.

On the back cover, the author's description: “As the Earth's shadow returned the Moon to the firmament, the stars disappeared as if in a cross-fade. Finally, everything fell into place and the stars disappeared completely, while I could once again see the surrounding nature in every detail: the mountains, the olive trees, the orchard trees, and the paths in the fields. Even the church of the Madonna della Rocca once again stood out clearly against the sky. I waited for the moon to set behind the Lucinetto, while in the meantime the sky behind Lenola began to lighten. A few distant roosters began to crow. I had spent the whole night alone, just me and God and the Universe and the firmament, with my thoughts, my emotions, my profound sensations and the wonder of such grandeur. I realized I had become a child again in the face of such infinity, and I wanted to remain a child forever, even as an adult. The storm of sensations I experienced that night shaped my soul and determined my future. Images and emotions that I have never forgotten.".
