Minor who ran away from community found in Caserta

CasertaA minor from Bolzano who ran away from a community in the province of Fermo on June 21 was betrayed by her social media posts.

For nearly two months, police tried to track down the young woman, reviewing CCTV footage from around the community, as well as the local train station. Since they did not have a cell phone, investigators turned to social media.

An initial contact established through an account attributable to the girl was cut off by the young woman. However, she was later located in Venice, but at the time of the search of the house she had already left.

Finally, the Bolzano police headquarters in collaboration with the Caserta police headquarters, thanks to an Instagram profile, found the young woman in the company of two men in the Campania city. The two adults were arrested for possession of 320 grams of marijuana, while the young woman was handed over to her parents, who arrived on the scene.
