This was the trigger for a violent argument that ended in a stabbing in which a delivery driver was the victim, an episode that occurred in Naples, specifically in Miano, last spring. Today the Flying Squad of the Police Headquarters Napoli, after several months of investigations, notified a colleague of the victim, a 30 year old rider, a precautionary measure against arrest issued by the investigating judge at the request of the deputy prosecutor Enrica Parascandolo and the additional prosecutor Sergio Ferrigno who charge the suspect with the crime of attempted murder.
The investigators' instincts triggered the investigations, as they managed to connect two episodes which, that March evening, did not seem to be connected to each other: the report of the theft of a scooter filed by a rider and the arrival in hospital of another rider, seriously injured by several blows.
The images of the video surveillance systems The investigation of the area and the questioning of witnesses not only allowed us to reconstruct the story in detail but also to highlight that, at least in some neighborhoods of the city, the rule of territoriality applies: only the riders who live there work in that neighborhood.

And indeed, the rider stabbed (who also risked his life because of those blows), it wasn't from Miano but in downtown Naples. Mobile Squad officers also managed to recover the murder weapon that the attacking rider—who, like the victim, had a criminal record—had been carrying around with him while making deliveries.
