Naples. They served alcohol to minors: the police commissioner closes a bar in the Montecalvario neighborhood.
The employees of the establishment were caught on two occasions serving alcoholic beverages to young people under 18. They were also fined for anti-covid measures.
The Naples Police Chief, on the proposal of the Montecalvario Police Station, has ordered the suspension for 10 days of the activity of serving food and drinks to the public at a bar in Vico Tre Regine.
Last June 30, the police officers of the Montecalvario Police Station reported and fined two employees for having served alcoholic beverages to two minors, a fourteen-year-old and a sixteen-year-old, who had not been asked for their identity documents even though it was obvious that they were minors.
Furthermore, the drinks had been served after the permitted time in violation of the regional ordinance relating to measures for the prevention and management of the Covid-19 epidemiological emergency. On that occasion, they also ascertained the presence in the premises of individuals with previous convictions for crimes against property and the person, drug-related crimes, crimes against public faith, resistance and contempt of a Public Official.
Finally, on September 9, the operators once again fined an employee of the commercial establishment because she was caught serving alcoholic beverages to two seventeen-year-olds.
