Napoli. The main direction on which the 2021-2023 budget forecast of the Municipality of Naples moves is the hiring and stabilization plan with which the institution aims to include about a thousand profiles in the organizational chart. The accounting document was illustrated to the City Council by the Budget Councilor, Rosaria Galiero.
Alongside the hiring plan, the budget confirms the investment in welfare also through the "efficient use of European funds" and allocates resources for the activation of the subway line 6. The discussion on the budget was not preceded by the usual discussion of the preliminary resolutions on tariffs because they remained unchanged.
"It is a budget - Galiero highlighted - which is weighed down by the ruling of the Constitutional Court, the cuts to the Municipal Solidarity Fund which in ten years have amounted to one billion euros".
