Naples, “I killed her”: the son of the woman who disappeared from Pianura confesses

Naples. "I killed her": one of the three sons of Eleonora Di Vicino, the 84-year-old woman who disappeared from Pianura a few days ago, confessed.

He killed her, cut her into pieces and then put the remains in some bags left on the side of the road that connects Pianura with Marano. He is a 47-year-old man with drug addiction problems. The remains found by the Carabinieri in the Pisani district, after a report from some citizens.

A few days ago, the disappearance of the elderly woman had been reported by an acquaintance of hers, a school principal in the neighborhood.

Yesterday, investigators immediately stopped the son who lives with her. They took him away and took him to the police station for a long interrogation. He initially denied it, saying he knew nothing about his mother, and in fact did not rule out that she might have left voluntarily. Then, when cornered, the first admissions came. The man, in reconstructing the incident, seemed to tell some scenes worthy of a horror film: he spoke of the dismembered body hidden in some bags, the big blue ones from Ikea.

The search begins based on the man's indications. They dig in the area of ​​the victim's home and search the countryside of contrada Pisani. And then on the edge of the road that connects Pianura with Marano, on the Camaldoli hill, near a low wall, the first bag is found: inside there are remains that are almost certainly human.

Those remains were taken to the forensic laboratories for analysis. Now the search continues to find the remaining part of the body of the unfortunate woman.
