The Provincial Command of the Financial Police of Naples discovered, during two separate interventions, two real “counterfeit factories” and 6000 items of counterfeit or unbranded clothing.
During an initial intervention, the Yellow Flames of the Group of Nola they seized 1 clandestine factory and 2.000 counterfeit items of clothing. In particular, during a roadside check at Cimitile, the financiers stopped a 48enne who was transporting inside his car several hundred items without supporting administrative-fiscal documentation.
Subsequent searches were conducted at a sporting goods company in Saviano that in relation to a sole proprietorship of Octavian, have allowed the reconstruction of the marketing chain of the goods, as well as the seizure of a machine composed of 6 production lines and 1 pen-drive used to create counterfeit clothing.
Reported to the Judicial Authority 3 managers, the transporter, the legal representative of the company and the owner of the individual firm.
During a second intervention, the “Baschi Verdi” of the Pronto Impiego Group noticed in the neighborhood Fuorigrotta in the capital, suspicious transfers of goods and a person was stopped who was exiting a building carrying large cellophane bags containing unbranded t-shirts.
The subsequent inspection of the house and two rooms at its disposal led to the discovery, in this case too, of a clandestine factory, equipped with heat presses for affixing brands and used as a warehouse for approximately 4.000 items of clothing, already packaged and ready to be put on sale.
Reported the person in charge, an 35 year old Neapolitan, for counterfeiting and receiving stolen goods.
The operations are part of the ongoing fight against counterfeiting by the Neapolitan Guardia di Finanza in defense not only of Made in Italy and product safety, but also of honest entrepreneurs and consumers.
