Naples. Shocking turn in investigation into baby's death Samuel Gargiulo 4-year-old fell yesterday from the balcony of his third-floor home in Via Foria in Naples.

By delegation of the Public Prosecutor of Naples, it is hereby communicated that yesterday the arrest, decreed by the Public Prosecutor, of Mariano Cannio, aged 38, considered seriously suspected of the murder of little Samuele which took place in via Foria. The measure is subject to the judge's validation judgment.

The arrested man was present in the house at the time of the tragedy. He was a housekeeper at home and helped the mother of little Samuele, who is eight months pregnant with another child. The man under arrest will be subjected to a psychiatric evaluation.
