Napoli. Yesterday evening, the officers of the Vasto-Arenaccia Police Station, during their territorial control service, while passing through Viale della Costituzione noticed a man who, at the sight of them, attempted to move away to evade the control.
The police stopped him and found him in possession of a package containing approximately 0,07 grams of hashish; furthermore, they ascertained that he had left his home in via Roma in Mariglianella where he is under house arrest for property crimes.
Emran Seban, a 31-year-old Macedonian, was arrested for evasion and reported for false certification or declaration to a public official regarding personal identity since he provided false personal details during the check and was administratively sanctioned for possession of a narcotic substance for personal use.
