Napoli. Yesterday evening, officers from the Vicaria-Mercato Police Station, during a service to combat drug dealing, noticed a man on an electric bicycle in Piazza Guglielmo Pepe who handed something over to a woman in exchange for money.
The police stopped the drug dealer and found him in possession of 11 wraps with approximately 16 grams of heroin, approximately 1 gram of marijuana and 70 euros, while the buyer was found in possession of a dose of heroin; furthermore, the operators carried out a check in via Canalone Fontana dei Serpi at the man's home where they found, in an overnight bag, approximately 24 grams of heroin, approximately 300 grams of marijuana, various drug packaging materials and 38 euros.
Mouhamed Ould Mahamoud Mangane, a 34-year-old Mauritanian with a police record and illegal on the national territory, was arrested for possession for the purpose of trafficking of narcotic substances; finally, the buyer was administratively sanctioned for possession of a narcotic substance for personal use.
