The defendant's lawyer Enrico Darone, at the hearing of September 13, he reformulated the request for a plea bargain, after the agreement with the PM, but Panel D, President Capasso, once again rejected the defense's request and adjourned the hearing to September 30.
The other two robbers were judged with the shortened procedure and they were sentenced to 4 years of imprisonment (6 years without the choice of the reward rite); another had asked for a plea bargain of one year of imprisonment but the Judge rejected their request, for which reason he will be judged in the ordinary rite forms on September 17th.
The three were accused, to varying degrees, of aggravated robbery, personal injury, aggravated private violence, in competition, against a old woman disabled and without a fixed abode, San Sebastiano al Vesuvio, defended by the lawyer Massimo Viscusi.
