Naples. Yesterday afternoon, the officers of the Secondigliano Police Station, during a service to combat drug dealing, noticed in via De Pinedo in the Berlingieri district a man riding a scooter who handed over a package to a person in exchange for a banknote.
The police stopped the drug dealer, finding him in possession of 16 packages containing approximately 8 grams of cocaine and 305 euros, while the buyer fled.
Daniele Romano, a 25-year-old Neapolitan with a criminal record, was arrested for drug dealing and possession with intent to deal in narcotics.
This morning, moreover, with the support of the crews of the Campania Crime Prevention Department and the Dog Unit of the General Prevention Office, they carried out an extraordinary service of territorial control in Secondigliano and San Pietro a Patierno. During the activity, 53 people were identified, of which 27 with police records, and 21 vehicles were checked.
