All of this is witnessed in a video released by the regional councilor of Europa Verde, Francesco Emilio Borrelli, in which we see the security guards and the carabinieri trying to avoid the worst while also trying to enforce the anti-Covid regulations.

According to what both the Carabinieri and the regional councilor reported, the video contains images that record moments of strong tension that occurred in the hospital courtyard with the involvement of acquaintances of the neighborhood boss. New houses, Salvatore Astuto killed yesterday afternoon in a recreational club in the Mercato area.

"The emergency rooms of Naples hospitals must be militarized, there is no alternative. The escalation of violence that has been recorded in these hours and after the many recent episodes requires it: we were sent a video that shows the umpteenth act of violence inside the Pellegrini in the center of the city. The images document a fight in the courtyard in front of patients and their families, as well as medical staff" adds Borrelli, who publishes the video on Facebook.

“Hospitals are now the constant scene of all kinds of criminal and violent actions – says Borrelli – with people often linked to crime who, as has happened in the past, shoot in emergency rooms or destroy them just as has already happened in the Pellegrini hospital over the years”.

It is true that we must salvage what can be salvaged, but a minimum of rigid repression is also absolutely necessary." The regional councilor alerted the general director of the ASL Napoli 1 Centro, Ciro Verdoliva, “for the necessary interventions and the relevant reports”.
