The Ricciardi of Capua reopens its doors after a two-year hiatus and starts with the theater school. Registration begins on Saturday, September 25 at 17.00:XNUMX p.m. with the open day to present the acting, singing and diction courses.
"We are starting with great enthusiasm all the activities that we have neglected due to covid and we hope that there will be no further obstacles to common life”, says Gianmaria Modugno who also hopes for a reduction in restrictions inside cinemas and theaters.
“In Italy, more than 50% of people have been vaccinated and with the mandatory green pass and the start of an evaluation on the possible increase in capacity in entertainment venues, a new beginning is in sight”, announces the Capuan owner. The training project dedicated to childhood, directed by Roberta Sandias of “La Mansarda Teatro dell'Orco” and divided into “pulcini” from 3 to 7 years old and “facciamo che io ero” from 8 to 11 years old, has been confirmed.
Activities will resume starting from the first Friday of October, from 17,00:19,00 pm to XNUMX:XNUMX pm with tutors Sabrina Nastri and Francesca Satolli. The specialized courses are divided into different time slots by age. “We decided to bring forward the times – says Ferdinando Troiano – because the kids were eager to return in person, respecting all the anti-covid rules and the appropriate distancing, so we can also reassure their parents”.
The director of the acting workshops also recalls the difficulties of distance theatre teaching: “Commitment and creativity are not enough, theater develops live, with the body and movement. The forced closure and the online course allowed us to work on what the kids had already learned, now we continue as a launching workshop for those who want to embark on the path into the world of entertainment”.
The program for kids is from 12 to 17 years old, followed by the advanced meetings for Adults (from 18 to 28 years old for the first group and over 29s from 20,30:0823 pm always on Tuesdays and Thursdays) with the acting course by Francantonio, an actor from the Neapolitan training of the Carpentieri school. Training, movement, use of words and body language are the main elements for learning to work collectively and individually. Registrations are also open for the singing lessons by reservation with Paolo Di Ronza, singer and teacher with a second level academic diploma in jazz music, at the “San Pietro a Majella” Conservatory of Music in Naples; and for the diction course with Massimo Santoro, Italianist, actor and composer, former teacher of Italian and Latin language and culture. The first trial lesson is always free. For more information: www.teatroricciardi.it tel 963874 XNUMX.
