There are 13 people who have been registered as suspects by the Public Prosecutor's Office of Naples North after the collapse of the building in Orta di Atella.

The appointment of a technical consultant has been set for next September 13th, who will be charged by the public prosecutor to report on the collapse that has forced, even today, many people to leave their homes.

The file of the Public Prosecutor's Office includes technicians and owners of the building: now it will be necessary to shed light on the responsibilities for the collapse in mid-July which was already followed by another previous 'detachment' which occurred a few days before.

The Public Prosecutor's Office is also waiting for the technical report from the municipal offices: they are also trying to understand if the safety works that were being carried out in July were started following all the regulations.
